We saw a gap in the Moldovan market: laundries, hotels and cleaning companies working with retail products, without technical documentation and without a stable supplier. ProClean Solutions was born out of the need to fill that gap. We have a direct relationship with Italian manufacturers - not through a European intermediary, but with the people who formulate the products. We built our own brand, Detergo, step by step: we opened the first location ourselves in Chisinau, tested it, and only then expanded the network.
To be the supplier that laundries, hotels and cleaning companies in Moldova keep coming back to - not because they have no other option, but because they find what they need: products that work, stable prices and someone who answers the phone.
We didn't choose Italy from a catalogue. We have a direct relationship with the manufacturers - we know how the products are formulated, where the raw materials come from, what ISO 9001:2015 certification actually means in practice. When you recommend a product to a client, that knowledge matters. You can answer real technical questions, not just send a PDF datasheet.
